<關於Ketchup的故事>

小六的暑假，我跟人本去莫尼黑時，在機場買麥當勞，

要結帳時店員問我們"Ketchup?" 那時候完全沒聽過Ketchup是啥

以為Catch up是某種外帶的專有名詞，就傻傻地說yes，

於是獲得一條番茄醬

從此就一直以為Ketchup就是番茄醬～

結果今天和老師聊到我自己用Fresh tomatoes做義大利麵醬(Fresh tomatoes sauce)

她問我，會不會在Fresh tomatoes sauce裡面加Ketchup?

我愣了一下，心想Tomatoes sauce不就等於Ketchip嗎!?
一問才知，原來Ketchup有很多種，較酸的是用番茄做的，較甜的是用香蕉做的～

Ketchup多用來炸時沾醬用

Tomato Sauce則是料理過程中調味用的～

我真是太才疏學淺了～但是這樣學習真有趣、印象深刻!
